Howard M. Kahn is a graduate of the University of Houston who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 1983. He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law and has been practicing law in Texas since 1990.  He was appointed by Mayor Lanier to serve the City of Houston on the Buildings and Standards Commission, and he has co-chaired Continuing Legal Education Seminars.
